Cette chanson évoque un sentiment de solitude, où la lune bleue devient un symbole d'espoir et de désir. Le narrateur se retrouve seul, sans rêve ni amour, priant pour quelqu'un qui pourrait illuminer sa vie. Puis, dans une tournure merveilleuse du destin, il rencontre enfin cette personne tant attendue, transformant sa solitude en joie. La lune bleue, autrefois un témoin silencieux de son chagrin, se transforme en or, marquant un tournant magique et plein d'espoir dans sa vie. C'est une belle métaphore de l’amour qui apparaît lorsque l'on s'y attend le moins.
