Cette chanson évoque les luttes internes et la souffrance invisible que l'on cache aux autres, même aux proches. Le protagoniste s'adresse à un médecin, exprimant un désespoir profond et une quête de compréhension face à des émotions difficiles à saisir. Malgré une lueur d'espoir que chaque situation difficile pourrait avoir une solution, son cœur demeure dans l'obscurité, révélant une solitude et un vide face à des sentiments accablants. La chanson présente une lutte personnelle contre des démons intérieurs, entre le désir de trouver des réponses et la douleur d'une réalité qui semble inextricable.
