Cette chanson évoque une histoire d'amour inattendue qui se développe entre un garçon et une fille. Au fil de leur rencontre, ils découvrent à quel point leur vie pourrait être marquée par des moments joyeux mais aussi des défis. On ressent une nostalgie et un désir de partager des souvenirs, de montrer à ceux qui se posent des questions sur leur passé qu'il y a tant à raconter, des moments heureux aux peines vécues. L'idée centrale est de projeter ces souvenirs, comme dans des films faits maison, pour offrir un aperçu authentique de qui ils étaient, même si la véritable essence de chacun ne peut être entièrement capturée. Ces souvenirs sont essentiels et leur rappellent à quel point la vie est une aventure, pleine de surprises, de hauts et de bas.
