Cette chanson évoque l'histoire d'une femme qui idéalise un garçon qu'elle appelle "Amour". Elle le ramène chez elle, le transformant en une sorte d'idole, mais cet amour se fige, symbolisé par un statue de pierre. Les moments de tendresse qu'ils partagent sont teintés de mélancolie, car chaque matin, elle se réveille seule, contemplant cette figure immobile qui ne change jamais. Malgré les rencontres éphémères qu'il lui accorde, elle demeure prisonnière d’un amour figé, attendant désespérément la promesse d'une connexion plus vivante. C'est un tableau poignant de l'amour désireux mais inaccessé.
