La chanson raconte l’histoire d'une femme nommée Lil, qui vit dans un environnement où la cocaïne semble omniprésente. On y décrit la façon dont elle et ses compagnons gèrent leur dépendance, en évoquant des moments de recherche désespérée de cette substance. À travers des scènes de déambulation dans la ville, l'interprète fait entendre les conséquences néfastes de cette addiction, malgré les mises en garde d'un médecin qui insiste sur les dangers de la cocaïne.
