This Lonely Place

Hey I looked around and this song didn’t really have a good tab so I decided to post one.  I like the song it’s not their best but it’s fun.  It’s also not really hard to get a general gist of what is going on yourself but with the horns and organ and sitar it gets pretty jumbled at times.  Anyway to make your life and mine (in the future when I forget this song and want to relearn it) easier here is what I got from it. Before I start props to whoever posted on guitaretab because they were closest to the real deal and set me on the right path. The Main Riff Generally this will be the double upstrokes near the 2 and 4 beats of the measure it’s syncopated behind the beat in a standard ska sort of way.  Listen to the song it’s not hard to figure out. Cette chanson évoque les luttes émotionnelles d'une personne qui se retrouve piégée dans une relation toxique. Elle décrit les déceptions et les mensonges subis, tout en soulignant la difficulté de s'affirmer et de prendre du recul face à une situation douloureuse. Malgré la souffrance, il y a une lueur d'espoir lorsque la protagoniste réalise qu'elle a la possibilité de s’éloigner de cet environnement néfaste et d'être fidèle à elle-même. Dans le contexte des relations amoureuses, cette chanson met en lumière l'importance de la confiance en soi et de la libération des influences négatives. Elle rappelle que même dans des moments sombres, il est possible d'aspirer à quelque chose de mieux pour soi.
