Alors qu'il était un enfant bien élevé, pris dans les plaisirs simples de sa jeunesse, il est transformé en un individu désillusionné par le rêve américain, paradoxalement devenu un tueur par le biais d’expériences traumatisantes et de manipulations. Il cherche désespérément une figure de confiance dans un monde qui le pousse à l'autodestruction, laissant derrière lui une famille brisée. Le contexte semble refléter les troubles des années 1980, une époque marquée par les excès et la déception, où de nombreux jeunes se retrouvaient pris au piège entre leur innocence et les exigences d'une société souvent cruelle.
